Husband-and-wife synth-pop-duo St. Lucia put out their fourth studio album, Utopia, in early October and then hit the road bringing the new tunes across the United States. On Tuesday, they rolled into Kings County, their previous home base, to kick off a joyful two-night tour-closing run at Brooklyn Steel.
