When Girl in Red’s debut album, If I Could Make It Go Quiet, came out last spring, it got near-universal praise from critics. And now that the Norwegian singer-songwriter is making her way across the United States in support of the new tunes, fans each night—including those assembled at Brooklyn Steel on Monday and Tuesday—are finding out exactly why.
